Kiwi, Mango & Banana Fruit Salad.

Sometimes best discoveries happen spontaneously. I am speaking of cooking. For this recipe even cooking, per se, is not required. I was looking at some fruits in my bowl, and I thought what if… So, I combined a banana, a kiwi and a mango. That’s it. It is even weird that I make a post out of it, since it is so simple! Well, why did I not make it before then? In case you did not try it either, and would like something sweet, this is your dessert. It is pleasantly sweet, soft and juicy. You may have it for or before breakfast, as a quick snack or… if you just do not know what to do with fruit in your bowl. It needs no additional sauces, spices or sugar – how great is that? As long as all three are fully ripe, you will surely enjoy this fruit delight!
– 1 banana, peeled, sliced as desired.
– 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced as desired.
– 1 mango, cut as shown in the pictures below.
It serves 1 to 2 people.
Wash, peel and slice fruits, mix together and enjoy! Mango can be cut in two ways. Please see the photos below.
This salad can be a great addition to the plain yoghurt. What a great way to start your morning!
