Interview with Molly Snow, LMT (Neos) – CranioSacral Therapy.
‘Someone busier than you is getting a massage right now. Make the time for yourself.’
I am glad to share with you my first interview of Molly Snow, a Licensed Massage Therapist. Molly is performing several types of therapies, CranioSacral Therapy (CST), Applied Epigenetics and Visceral Manipulation. All these therapies are non-invasive, light touch therapies, that can help alleviate various health conditions. Among them are migraine headaches, back pains, muscle tensions, organ dysfunctions, Central Nervous System disorders and many others. These therapies should benefit those of you, who are seeking natural alternative methods of addressing health issues without medication.
Even that these therapies sound exotic, they have been practiced by massage therapists for many years. There are a lot of resources online, where you can learn more about them:
1. CranioSacral Therapy: www.upledger.com It is a website of the Upledger Institute International. Dr. John Upledger founded the Institute in 1985 to educate the public and healthcare practitioners about the benefits of CranioSacral Therapy.
2. Applied Epigenetics: www.brucelipton.com Dr Bruce Lipton has Ph.D. in Developmental Cell Biology. He is an internationally recognized authority in bridging science and spirit, mind and body health. He had been teaching Anatomy, Biology, Human Physiology and Immunology in various countries. Molly recommends his book: The Biology of Belief: Unleashing the Power of Consciousness, Matter, & Miracles. You can also check other related videos on his website and the audio on Epigenetics.
3. Visceral Manipulation: www.barralinstitute.com Dr Jean Pierre Barral is a world-renowned French Osteopath and Physical Therapist.
4. Molly Snow’s website www.neosmassage.com. Molly has an office in Tampa Bay Area (Wesley Chapel, FL). Molly was trained CST from the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach, FL, and Visceral Manipulation at the Barral Institute. She is nationally certified and is a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Molly was featured in the book A Lighter Side to Cancer: From Wake-up Call to Radiant Wellness.
I hope this information helps you find the best solution for your health issues. Be healthy and happy!
